Our Beginnings

Established in 1995, Premise One was created to be a place where people can come to work and learn in a growing network infrastructure market. E-Rate which was authorized in 1996 as a mechanism to fund schools infrastructure and services to the Internet. The timing for an E-Rate company was set on a converging path. This was the beginning of Premise One Inc.

Present

Today we service many vertical markets but our roots in education has had a direct impact to our culture of operating with an emphasis on learning. We were learning what the customers needed in a complex system falling under the FCC in which rules were constantly changing and still are today. We had to adopt all of this while new technologies were being formed and changing dynamically these offerings. These changes were never more evident than with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). VoIP fast became part of our earliest offerings both to these E-Rate customers and business in general.  These roots molded our main offering of Unified Communications (UC) from the legacy of some of the first solutions for VoIP into a fully converged network solution that we provide today in your building’s Premise and across your Enterprise. Future

There is only one constant in tomorrow’s landscape. Premise One will be there in the future learning your needs and as they change using our tried and true method of service.  With your ever changing need for technology, our ever changing offering has to be in sync and ahead of those curves.
